Nirvana
Nirvana is being marketed as "45 of the finest appartments and penthouses ever built" and who are we to disagree. The site is located in Westcliffe in Essex and is an ongoing project. For more information on the bulid itself Press Here
We are currently undertaking the full Design and installation of the Audio, Video and RF Distribution System. And the Full Installation of all the Electrical work on sight.
The Systems being used for the project are the following: Opus Multi-room system, Dynalite Lighting System, HD Distribution and RF Distrbution per Appartment.
The time scale given on this project was 11 months and we are expecting to be completed in late 2010
Orchard House
Orchard House is a truly spectacular residence of unparalleled scale and luxury . This magnificent property offers exceptional accommodation at approximately 14,500sq.ft and is set within walled grounds with private access onto the Common.
full Design & Installation of the Audio Video System, Home Cinema Room, Intelligent Lighting System and the Electrical Installation of the whole project from start to finish.
The Criteria was to install as system worthy the property at a price that wasn't going to cripple the Developer. They also wanted a cinema room that could also be used as normal room during the day
Our installation of Orchard house was featured in custom Install magazine as well as Online Hidden Wires Here..
Manor House
The Manor house is a large residential property with 8 bedrooms and cinema room. This property also benifits from the amazing grounds its bulit upon including 2 lakes and a putting green. Photos were taking during the installation
The Cinema room has 7 Artcoustic speakers and 2 Hidden in floor subs from Polk Audio as well as a 2.5m Screen, Blackwing 2 projector and 6 electric reclining cinema seats.
As well as the cinema room we also Designed and installed a 4 zone HD Distribution system, Multi-room audio system, Door entry, Pan tilt & Zoom CCTV syststem, Dynalite Lighting System.
The Full Electrical installation was design and installed by our electrical division. Featuers included Colour changing LED,s in the Cinema room and Floor, Wall and celling lights
